On February 29, 2008 the Museum of the Rockies launched the public phase of the most ambitious fundraising effort in our history—a $16 million capital campaign. This campaign builds upon the Museum’s long history of inspiring in our visitors an insatiable curiosity for nature, science, and history.

Thanks to the generosity of hundreds of people over the past three years, we begin this final year of our campaign at $15 million of the $16 million goal.
The money raised thus far has allowed us to:
• Open the Siebel Dinosaur Complex with its spectacular dinosaur exhibits
• Establish endowments for paleontology research and children’s programs
• Plan a series of new history exhibits
